I had the privilege to support Richard in a race across America a 3000-mile cycle race, reported to be the toughest cycle race in the world. I have had an interest in sport within my own practice and now see a range of patients who enjoy the sport from my Nordic walkers to the ultra runners, tennis player to hammer throwers. I use a range of approaches to help with your care which may include:

Soft tissue techniques are one of the most commonly used therapies for minor soft tissue injuries to help relieve pain and get muscles back to better function. It works well with chiropractic. I used a range of massage techniques including trigger point and soft tissue releasing.
